SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Eddie & Lu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Eddie & Lu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, unused, in the original packaging and with your order receipt. Once your item has been received, we will contact you to discuss either an exchange or a refund.
Refunds will be at the discretion of Eddie & Lu once the item has been received.
Shipping your return back is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges will only apply to damaged or faulty products.
Exchanges / returns / refunds will not apply to sale items or our “seconds” items.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact the courier company and file a damage goods claim.
